Best Ninpo Skills in Shinobi Art of Vengeance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can unlock eight different Ninpo skills in Shinobi: Art of Vengeance, each offering unique benefits for dealing damage to enemies, breaking armor, and powering up executions. Here are my picks for the best Ninpo skills that complement your core combat style while giving you a balanced but powerful edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thunder Ninpo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of the earlier Ninpo abilities that’s useful until the very end, Thunder Ninpo allows you to attack multiple enemies at the same time, charging their execution meter quickly. For the most part, you’ll be fighting enemies without armor, and as long as they’re touching the ground, you can use this to get some quick executions for healing, extra gold, and kunai refills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oh, and it increases the hit counter significantly in a couple of seconds. Here is a comparison between the counter before and after I executed the Thunder Ninpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s fast and very useful in most combat scenarios. Just don’t use it against armored enemies because its actual damage output isn’t that high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Water Ninpo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I didn’t realize how useful this was until I tried it near the end of the game. Water Ninpo essentially counters the next incoming attack, deals regular and armor damage, and builds up the execution bar at the same time with an instant follow-up attack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s balanced, really useful against tougher enemies with armor to break and negate incoming attacks. This, paired with the next Ninpo, basically crushes all armored foes in a matter of seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bomb Ninpo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Another Ninpo skill that’s really useful against armored enemies is the Bomb Ninpo, and you’ll see its usefulness increase drastically when you reach the mid-game levels, when the game throws multiple armored enemies into the mix, especially when you’re taking on elite squads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not only does it delete armor bars, but launches enemies into the air. This gives you plenty of room to dash-cancel and finish them off fully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fire Ninpo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Finally, the Fire Ninpo is pretty straightforward, but also very useful, especially if you pair it with its relevant combo amulet. This does raw damage and can finish off enemies, crush bosses’ health bars, and isn’t situational for the most part. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s not great against armored enemies, but that’s what you have the Bomb and Water Ninpos for. You could argue that the other Ninpos have more utility, but in actual practice, I think this works really well and gets the job done, especially when paired with the Flame Forger<\/strong> amulet<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are my picks for the best Ninpo skills after plenty of experimentation with different enemy types and bosses in Shinobi: Art of Vengeance. It's fast and very useful in most combat scenarios. Just don't use it against armored enemies because its actual damage output isn't that high. Water Ninpo I didn't realize how useful this was until I tried it near the end of the game. Water Ninpo essentially counters the next incoming attack, deals regular and armor damage, and builds up the execution bar at the same time with an instant follow-up attack. It's balanced, really useful against tougher enemies with armor to break and negate incoming attacks. This, paired with the next Ninpo, basically crushes all armored foes in a matter of seconds. Bomb Ninpo Another Ninpo skill that's really useful against armored enemies is the Bomb Ninpo, and you'll see its usefulness increase drastically when you reach the mid-game levels, when the game throws multiple armored enemies into the mix, especially when you're taking on elite squads. Not only does it delete armor bars, but launches enemies into the air. This gives you plenty of room to dash-cancel and finish them off fully. Fire Ninpo Finally, the Fire Ninpo is pretty straightforward, but also very useful, especially if you pair it with its relevant combo amulet. This does raw damage and can finish off enemies, crush bosses' health bars, and isn't situational for the most part. It's not great against armored enemies, but that's what you have the Bomb and Water Ninpos for. You could argue that the other Ninpos have more utility, but in actual practice, I think this works really well and gets the job done, especially when paired with the Flame Forger amulet.
